Derek Welch
President
As President of Lucknow-Highspire Terminals (LHT), Derek leads the executive team by leveraging more than 25 years of senior management experience in operations, product management and business development to champion the company’s vision, strategy and execution.
Derek began his tenure at LHT as President in 2019. Under his leadership, LHT continues to grow organically to become one of the most recognized and respected providers of wholesale fuel products and the market leader of refined and renewable fuels storage services in Pennsylvania.
Before joining LHT, Derek served as a senior vice president at TransMontaigne, an independent operator of liquid fuels terminals, consisting of 51 facilities and 38 million barrels of storage. Derek has Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in information systems management.

Colin Flowers
Senior Vice President - CAO
Mr. Flowers joined LHT, under the TransMontaigne umbrella, as a member of the management team in 2019. He currently serves as the Chief Accounting Officer. While at TransMontaigne, and previously NGL Energy Partners, he served as the Director of Accounting for the Refined and Renewable businesses of the respective companies with primary focus on the wholesale sector. Colin entered the energy business in 2007 when he joined TransMontaigne which was owned by Morgan Stanley at this time, working in various accounting roles. Before this time, he worked at a local Denver CPA firm with a primary focus in the tax sector.

Darwin Brewster
Senior Vice President - Commercial Operations
Darwin Brewster joined LHT in 2019 under the TransMontaigne umbrella as a member of the Leadership Team. Prior to joining LHT and TransMontaigne, Mr. Brewster was Director of Business Development for Zenith Energy Management in Houston, following his career at ADM as Director of ethanol supply, distribution and logistics. During this time, he oversaw the creation of ADM Fuels and its related gasoline trading desk, managed the high grade alcohol business, and planned the renewables footprint regarding terminals and transportation. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and an MBA from Illinois State University.

Joe Williams
Senior Vice President of Operations
Joe Williams joined the LHT Leadership Team in 2022 as the Vice President of Operations. In March of 2023, he was promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations. Mr. Williams brings more than 20 years of petroleum terminaling and transportation management experience. Prior to joining LHT, Joe served in Operations Management roles at both TransMontaigne and Kinder Morgan. He is also a proud veteran of the United States Navy.

Brad Neff
Vice President - Wholesale Operations
Mr. Neff is the Vice President of Wholesale Operations at Lucknow-Highspire Terminals LLC. Brad was named to that position in May 2019. In this current role, Brad facilitates and manages sales to customers throughout Pennsylvania and the surrounding states. During his tenure with LHT, Brad as held the following roles: Terminal Operator, Assistant Manager, Terminal Manager, and Regional Manager. Brad is PA DEP-Certified in AMEX and ACVL.

Kristine Copenheaver, CPA
Vice President of Accounting
Kris started with LHT in May of 2018 as the Corporate Controller. In May of 2019, she was promoted to Director of Accounting, and in March of 2023, was promoted to Vice President of Accounting. Along with having 17 years of experience in the Accounting field, Kris has received her MBA from Shippensburg University and is a CPA in the state of Pennsylvania.

Shauna Huzicko
Vice President - Trading and Supply
Ms. Huzicko joined LHT in 2021 in the role of Vice President – Trading and Supply. Shauna brings 30 years of oil industry experience in all aspects of Trading, Supply and Logistics with increasing levels of responsibility throughout her career. Prior to joining LHT, Shauna was VP of Trading and Supply at a large wholesaler in Pittsburgh, Products Trading Manager for Alon USA and USA Petroleum in Los Angeles, CA. Shauna also spent 10+ years at Shell Oil Company in Los Angeles and Houston in various Trading and Supply roles focused on both domestic and international trades, while building her refining business experience. Shauna received her MBA from USC in Los Angeles and her BS in Business Logistics from Penn State University.

Lee Harris
Vice President - Supply Logistics
Lee Harris joined LHT in early 2020 as a financial analyst. After then serving as Director of Risk Management for several years, he moved into his current role as Vice President for Supply Logistics. Prior to joining LHT, he spent several years as a financial consultant, including consulting for LHT’s sister company, TransMontaigne. Lee started his career with Ernst & Young in Houston, spending 5 years in public accounting. This background of varied experiences has allowed Lee to bring unique and innovative problem-solving skills to LHT and continues to serve him as he works to enhance the customer experience for those in LHT’s orbit. He holds degrees in Managerial Finance, Accounting, and Marketing Communications from the University of Mississippi.

Paul Siler, PE
Vice President of ESOH
Paul Siler joined LHT in 2021 as the Vice President of Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health (ESOH). Before joining LHT, Mr. Siler was with TransMontaigne for 12 years as the Air Quality Compliance Manager. Mr. Siler is a registered Professional Engineer in several states and brings more than 30 years of environmental compliance experience to LHT. Paul received his Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.

Meghan Greenway
Senior Director of Supply and Scheduling
Meghan Greenway was named Senior Director of Supply and Scheduling in August 2019. Prior to this role, she served as Director of Renewable Fuels. Since joining the company in 2006, she has contributed to various areas including renewables, RINs, trading, and risk management. Meghan manages all product inventories and secures product supply. She works with customers regarding their needs and coordinates pipeline, rail, and truck logistics. Meghan holds a Bachelor of Science in Leadership and Communication from Duquesne University.

Kevin Beatty
Director of Product Quality
Mr. Beatty started his career at the Altoona, PA terminal in February of 2004 as a Terminal Operator, followed by a position as Terminal Manager at the Highspire Terminal. Kevin was promoted to his current position as Director of Product Quality in January of 2020 and holds PADEP AMEX and ACVL Certifications.

Joe Buckman
Director of Operations - Western Region
Mr. Buckman started with Pyramid Petroleum Company in 1985 in the Lubricants Division. He was the Manager on the lube warehouse and the drivers. He was then promoted to the fuels side of the business in 1987 and worked both at the main office doing billing for the Terminal racks and working at the different Terminals.
In 1996 he was promoted to Terminal manager of the Mechanicsburg Terminal, where it grew considerably. In 2020, Joe was promoted to Director of Operations for Western Pennsylvania and now oversees four Terminals. He oversees the daily operations and numerous projects. Joe is certified in AMEX and ACVL.

Don Miller
Director of Operations – Eastern Region
Mr. Miller started in 1992 at our Altoona facility as a Terminal Operator. He was promoted to Terminal Manager of our Sinking Spring facility in 1996. During his tenure there he designed and oversaw the complete construction of two new terminals, all while managing and building the business in that area. Most recently he was promoted to Director of Operations of the Eastern Region.

Wes Power
Director of Financial Planning & Analysis
Wesley Power joined LHT in 2022 as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. Prior to joining LHT, he worked for POET Ethanol Products, developing their Economics and Planning capability. In this role, he led strategy meetings, greatly expanded the margin modeling capability, created decision-making frameworks around system optimization, and advanced the hedging strategies for both ethanol and co-products. Before his time at POET Ethanol products, Wesley worked for Koch Industries where he served in a variety of roles, primarily with their supply and trading business. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Wichita State University.

Sherri Eisenhuth
Director - IT Operations
Ms. Eisenhuth started in 1986 in the retail sector for ten years before being promoted to the IT department in the Middletown corporate office in 1996. Sherri helped with the design and implementation of the current custom-developed terminal automation system. She currently oversees the IT infrastructure, terminal automation and software development efforts for the business. She is a graduate of Penn State University.
